In addition to being a cornerstone of Ottawa's culinary scene, the bakery's owner, David Kardish, is currently battling lymphoma. Our thoughts and well-wishes go out to him, and we wish him strength and good health in this challenging time.As fellow members of the baking community, we stand in solidarity with Rideau Bakery and its owner. While their ovens may be cooling, their legacy will forever remain warm in our hearts. *Canada Baking Supplies sends its heartfelt support to Rideau Bakery and David Kardish in this difficult chapter.
