Congratulations To The North Stars Volleyball Team!!!

This is what can happen when you have determination and perseverance.  A team of volleyball players from Dawson City in the Yukon had to raise $25,000 to cover a trip to the nationals and play in the tournament.  

Raising money in a small town is no easy task, however these awesome girls were determined to do it.  They held bake sales, pancake breakfasts, sold popcorn, and just about anything else they could think of.  They even managed to get some local companies to sponsor them.  

In the end, they managed to raise the money they needed and are currently in Toronto competing!
